Nice information but the heightened demands of the modern consumer. which I got while analyse live marketing
Take a look below:
1. 77% of consumers have paid more for a brand that provides a personalised service or experience.

I total agree with you. On a daily base, we experience that people follow trend words like Big Data, purchase expensive analytic tools but don’t know how to read them.
So what does it bring me to have Google Analytics or Adobe Experience Cloud if I don’t know what I can see? Big data shall not be seen as a nice trending word.
Wow, some of this information was very helpful … and I didn’t even realize I didn’t know about some of it. Thanks so much for sharing! And the visuals were great — I’m a pretty visual learner, and they kept my attention 🙂
Thank you Courtney, encouraging words
Well now, I ALWAYS find that any blog such as this maximizing profits one is easier to understand when it uses many visuals as it is a more compelling read. Not only does it break up the content, it makes it easier to understand when adding the visual element to it. Take for an example, ME. I am aware of very little on the subject. Yet you grabbed my attention for the whole of the helpful and enlightening post. Good Job.

Thank you Mary, understanding with a consumer is key today as you said. Live marketing means being in dialogue with the consumer.
Love that you have the facts to prop up your post, great use of data and you have certainly given me food for thought.
Quite a technical post, but I do agree that for me personally, I will pay a bit more to have more personalized service. It’s not just the product that I am buying but also the experience. I have attended live webinars and I have really enjoyed them and learned from them, and I would be more likely to buy something that they promote.
