October 2020 Release: Multi-select action on the Manage page: Hide/Unhide

The new Manage page now allows the option to select multiple Agreement, Web Form, and Mega Sign records.

1. When one record is selected, the right rail opens to show all actions that are available for the record
2. If multiple records are selected, then the right rail is filtered to show only those actions that can be applied to all selected records

This release is adding one action (the first): Hide/Unhide
